Gravecat's Rocket Arena v1.1
Doom II Deathmatch WAD
Doom II Deathmatch WAD
=========================================================================== Primary purpose : Deathmatch =========================================================================== Title : Gravecat's Rocket Arena v1.1 Filename : gc-rocket.wad Release date : v1.0: 22nd April, 2002. v1.1: 23rd May, 2004. Author : The Indomitable Gravecat Email Address : gravecat@gmail.com Misc. Author Info : GC's blog and downloads at www.wolfcat.org Description : This is your typical, standard rocket arena. It's fairly simple as far as maps go, but it was my first foray into map-making since I was a kid. There's four starting points, plenty of ammo and powerups lying around, plus a secret area in the middle which can only be opened by activating two switches. Additional Credits to : Music used is a MIDI of "Countdown to Extinction" by Megadeth. Not sure who made the MIDI. ===========================================================================

Editor(s) used : Oh god, what HAVEN'T I used in this thing? This
map's been torn apart and reconstructed so many
times, I barely even remember. Here's the tools I
recall using:
DEU v6.66, NWT v1.3, BSP v5.1, MIDI2MUS v2.04,
XWE v1.14, Doom Builder v1.67, ZenNode v1.1.0.
Probably a few other tools that I forgot, too.
Screwing with the contents of the WAD and
rebuilding the nodes has happened at least three
times so far, each time with different tools.
Known Bugs : None, I hope!
May Not Run With... : Original Doom II. I've only been able to test it
with the newer engines.
